Practice interviews until the real one feels easy
Preploy runs voice-to-voice mock interviews — behavioral and technical — and gives you scored feedback on every answer so you walk in prepared, not guessing.
How it works
Pick your interview
Choose behavioral or technical, set the company and role, and Preploy generates questions matched to your target job.
Talk it through
Speak your answers out loud to a 3D AI interviewer. For technical rounds, write code in the built-in editor while explaining your thinking.
Get scored feedback
Review a detailed breakdown of every answer — what landed, what to cut, and a 0–10 score you can track session over session.
Who this is for
Preploy is built for people who want real practice, not another list of tips.
What you get

Frequently asked questions
Preploy has a free tier — 3 mock interviews a month, behavioral and technical, with full scored feedback, STAR prep, 1 AI hint per technical session, a progress dashboard, the interview-day prep planner, and resume upload with AI bullet improvement. Pro is $15/month (or $120/year — roughly $10/month billed annually) and lifts the cap to 40 sessions a month, adds resume-tailored question generation for sessions, follow-up probing, interviewer personas, custom topic focus, and 3 hints per technical session. Your spoken answers are transcribed in real time and the text is stored in your account so you can review feedback later. Raw audio is not retained after transcription. You can delete any session from your dashboard at any time.
Preploy currently supports behavioral interviews (STAR-format, voice-to-voice with a 3D AI interviewer) and technical interviews (algorithm problems in a code editor, with spoken explanation). More types are planned but not yet live.
The feedback is generated by a large language model and scored on a 0–10 scale. It is useful for identifying patterns — filler words, missing context, vague answers — but it is not a human interviewer. Treat it as a structured study partner, not a hiring signal.
Yes. The behavioral setup lets you enter a target company and role, and Preploy tailors the question set accordingly. All users can upload their resume so Preploy can rewrite weak bullets and improve it. Pro users can also generate interview questions drawn directly from their resume experience, and use custom topic focus to drill a specific competency.
Sign in with Google, then click "Start a free mock interview" on the home page. You will be prompted to choose behavioral or technical, configure your session, and start speaking. No setup or download required.
Resume content is stored in your account and used only to generate interview questions on your behalf. It is not shared with other users or used to train models.
